Investor Education and Protection Fund (Appointment of Nodal Officer)
Pursuant to Rule 7(2A) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, and in terms of the notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated October 13, 2017, regarding nomination of a Nodal officer by every Company remitting of amount to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority for dealing with the claim/refund forms and to co-ordinate with IEPF authority as per the provisions of Section 125(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, please find below the details of the Nodal Officer nominated by the Company for the purpose of coordination with IEPF authority:
